Pathways to Independence--Cambodia is a ministry supported in part by First Lutheran Church and presided over by two of our members, Sopie Cross and Sovirny Norng.  The mission of PTIC is to help put girls in Cambodia through high school and college, to help them achieve independence in their lives.
